Paying for college can be a huge burden, with tuition costs rising faster every year. Having a dedicated savings plan in place with automatic contributions makes it much easier to manage costs, pursue a degree, or save for a child’s future.  

Investing in our employees has always been a priority at NGP VAN. We live these values by offering progressive benefits like 401(k) profit sharing, 100% paid health & dental premiums, fully-paid short term disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, voluntary long-term disability and life insurance, and a minimum wage of $15/hour (even for interns!)

And in keeping with our values, we’re excited to announce yet another reason we think working at NGP VAN is a great choice for progressives: this week, we’re rolling out a new 529 College Savings Plan for employees and their families.

Now, NGP VAN employees will have the opportunity to send funds directly from their paychecks, into individual savings accounts for themselves or their children - because college is expensive - and every dollar counts.
